Mashal's Hamas are able to run or built up a state or anything like that as history clearly shows. How then may it be "likely that agreements made will have a long & lasting effect". Those seeing what is coming under Hamas or Hez or Fatah have either left their countries or are leaving now. And those staying or the rest they will built up something reliable to talk to? By the way we got the same problem with "our peaceful and reasonable Muslims in Germany" as a German Minister claimed: those organizations maintaining to talk in the name of German Muslims represent 1-2% of them. You don't get them. A Bishop of a German church talked about two still outstanding duties of "our" Muslims: to agree with our constitution and law and somebody reliable talking for the Muslims and to them. Nothing till now. ZERO, VOID, EMPTY, NOTHING....and that won't change. Because of the Koran. Either you are a Muslim or a betrayer of the Muslim case. So IT starts. Know that.
