The trials from WWII and the Balkans have proved that soliders following orders are not free of legal guilt just because they followed orders. Both Barak, senior military personal, and the soldiers executing the attacks could face trials both in Israel and abroad. Once Ehud Barak leaves his post and no longer have dimplomatic immunity, will he dare to enter the EU for example? Why will he not enter the EU? Is he a criminal?
