The US has had several criminal cases that failed because there is a very poor standard in the territories for conducting a credible investigation and gathering credible evidence that is not tainted. Two Examples: In Idaho, the Sami al Hussayen case was effectively thrown out when the Israeli "expert" testified that his own website had the same links, for the same purposes as those alleged to be terror supporting and used by the defendant. There was also a terror funding case where the jury in Florida refused to convict defendant Al-Arian because the evidence from Israel was not credible. Having lost both cases on direct evidence, both cases were settled. Can the IDF in the territories do a credible investigation that meets international standards for evidence?
