This ruling is a positive one. A ruling that will advance the peace process in the long run. The biggest contribution to the lack of peace is Israel's failure to make it clear that the disputed areas are in fact Israel. This vacillation send a message of weakness to Israel's enemies and only serves to prolong the conflict. Once it's clear that the enemies of Israel lost the war to destroy Israel and that Israel is here to stay the faster a lasting peace will be established. The lack of confidence Israel shows by wavering on what it's rights are is what emboldens Israel's enemies and waters down the clear cut legitimacy in Israel claims to it's land.
