While I have never been to Hebron, I certainly have been to Canadian equivalents. That is, fly in places way up north, way past the roads. Add the inbreeding you see,the isolation, the lack of outside media, yes those places are the same anywhere in the world. Whether it's religion or booze which drives them crazy, does it matter?
