From what I have read it seems likely that Anat Kam is guilty of taking documents, some classified and conveying them to a Haaretz reporter. Still the magnitued of the charges given imply the prosecutor has proof of intent to harm national security. As Haaretz only published what military censors approved, and there is no asssertion that she then handed the material to someone else it seems the prosecutor might have overcharged. Is the prosecutor sane enough to cut the government's losses before he manages to turn a thief into a heroine?
