Gideon Levy belongs to the elite that Mr Katsav reffered to. Mr Levy, maybe you are blind or rooted so deeply in the segregated israeli society that you cannot understand the speech of the president. I have lived 5 years in Israel and understood that the powers have, are and will be in the same hands and those do not belong to sepharadic jews. So even if Israel wanted to show the world, a clean hand by choosing Mr Katsav, a sepharadic jew, coming from a humble place, we could see the trick. I had lived as a jew all my life in France and only when I came to Israel had to identify myself again, and became a sepharadic, moroccan jew.... The amazing thing about this country is that the ones who defend the rights of the palestinians ect.... are the same who despise the sepharadics and the mizrahis..... what a revelation. Gideon Levy wake up and smell the stench of racism in your country and do not give us lessons of sensitivity and morality
