first, to steven : There also has never been any country called israel! So forget that stupid argument! As for Danny, the land we are talking about was conquered in 1967, and if you read the history books, and i mean yours, then you will find out that israel attacked first!!! Anyway, what i find interesting is that the prosecutor is arguing that under the present status of Gaza (war!!!), assassinations are permitted, which means that under the previous one, they were not, although thei were carried out. Or, they were permitted under the previous status (occupation), but then, would it not mean that thei are now illigal? I wounder how the state of israel will, again, distort international law in order to claim correct behaviour with regard to the same procedure but under 2 (allegeadly) different status! So, either the goverment will have to stop assassinations, or it will have to punish those who ordered it previously!!!
