I'm not sure. They (probably) wouldn't be able to pull this off. It's a sophisticated operation, with multiple attacks and a degree of coordination. In view of where the attacks took place, I think this is an Egyptian faction. Likely, in my view at least, the same people who were blowing up parts of the Sinai oil pipeline to Israel earlier in the year.
