Arabs have equality before the law in Israel and always have. To declare Israel a Jewish state is no different than declaring France a French state. Being Jewish is both a nationality and a religion, and citizens can identify with the nationality without identifying with the religion. Does that make nonJewish citizens fish out of water? Somewhat, but that's no different than Jews in France not being Catholic, and if you think that doesn't make Jews in France stick out, you are being disingenuous..
