"You neglect to mention that we (the US) have lived for many years with nuclear armed opponents, and there is no reason we can`t do that with Iran" You "neglect to mention" that the U.S. prevention of Russia's installation of missiles in Cuba during 1962 was one of the smartest and most necessary actions it has ever taken for national security. We would certainly do it all over again if the situation arose. And THAT was during a "cold war". There is nothing "cold" about the "war" between Iran (and its proxies Hamas, Hezbollah and the other 20 or so splinter groups of Islamic terrorists) and Israel. Israel has every right and reason to prevent Iran from becoming nuclear-armed. Fact is, it has every right to keep Iran from being armed with any sort of weapons, but that's another story. We readers of talkback are all too familar with your political position, your hatred of Israel/Jews, your love for anyone seeking to destroy Israel, and your 30 daily inane "observations".
