If the Israeli Supreme Court is nor willing to accept the legalization after the fact of a structure against which a demolition order had already been issued, this will prevent the legalization of most of the "illegal" settlements, which were not built on private Arab land, and which the Defense Minister planned on legalizing. I suspect that here the Knesset will pass a law overturning the Court's position. (Israel has no constitution so this is possible.) Beinish should be very careful here.
