Isreal would face popular resistance once Arab peoples get rid of their tyrant regimes, friends and collaborators of Israel. Arab and Muslim peoples would unite in reversing all historic gains given to their enemy: Israel. The battle is not a classic militray confrontation. It is based riots, sabbotage, world opinions, boycotts and international solidarity. It would be very hard to get western support, like in South Africa. But economic interests would force the powerful West to shift position. The 1500 millions or so Muslims and Arabs with their past and potential present greatness cannot be vanquished by Israel which is after all is insignificant in number and resources. So having suprior weapons can only help Israel conduct destructive raids against civilian infrastrustures like it did without restraints all its past> Let's not forget that Israel had millions of bombs (clusters or otherwise) in Arab lands waiting to kill and maim and no body is rising a finger. Balancing the counts is unavoidable and the outcome cannot be msitaken.
