I believe that Kanye does not compare himself to Hitler but rather, that he compares the stares he receives as those one would normally reserve to a repulsive and outrageous being such as Hitler. There is a fine but significant nuance in both interpretations of the lyrics. They do, however, make all the difference between a proper and faulty understanding of the message conveyed in his lyrics.
