First, apologies for an expired link in my reference to Procopius'report on Justinian's Hagia Sophia in Jerusalem, PROVING THE JEWISH TEMPLES WERE NEVER LOCATED ON THE TEMPLE MOUNT (TM) http://www.biblemysteries.com/lectures/builtwailingwall.htm NONE of your undocumented proofs to the contrary even appear reasonable. In addition to my previous rebuttal comments, for example the octagonal foundation layout of the Dome of the Rock indeed mimics that of a Byzantine church, matching the outline of the surrounding double size pavement which was doubtless the original outline of Justinian's 6th century Jerusalem Hagia Sophia on the TM. Such a foundation outline could NEVER have been based on any reconstruction of Herod's Temple attempted by Julian in the 4th century. No way did Heraclius, in the 7th century build a Christian church on the site of the Dome of the Rock following Julian's 4th century 3rd Temple foundation plan (363 AD - http://bibleprobe.com/rebuildingthetemple.htm ) .
