What are you basing that on? When the Germans sought local guards for the death camps, they turned to Ukrainians, not Poles. Lithuanians helped the Einsatzgruppen in a way Poles never did. The Polish state did not cooperate in the manner of the French and Croats. Plenty of Poles committed shameful acts, but plenty were heroes too. I suggest you study a little history.
