bringing security for the rest of the world? Unfortunately he never understood this international equilibrium with the continual unrest in the Middle East and tensions between the West and the Middle East permeates with an unsettled comprehensive agreement. How many times does he have to be told this over and over? Perhaps he now sees the necessity of a two state solution, but his inaction regarding halting settlements which grow and hinder the contiguous Palestinian state he is talking about in the West Bank and Gaza, negates the sincerity of his intentions. At least Israel can halt settlement construction until the borders are finalized. Perhaps President Abbas realizes the inauthentic gestures and sees no value in resuming talks for now. Only the U.S. can convince him otherwise. President Obama's Nobel prize should not be wasted in time for the December ceremony in Oslo, so perhaps a compromise can be reached by all parties.
