In a sense Ardashir Hosseinpour's assination represents Israel's historically tenuous relationship with International Law. True, there are some treaties banning nuclear proliferation, but it is a violation of sovereignty norms to act as judge, jury, and executioner by infilterating another nation and murdering one of its citizens. But then that's the Mossad's specialty. How many Palestinian painters, poets, academics, and scientists--people with no connection to Israel's security interests--have been murdered in foreign air-ports, mosques, and residential neighborhoods? And yet, their politicians would have us believe the abduction (not killing) of Israeli troops in Lebenon are valid grounds for war.
