The mayor of Awarta, the village where the two boys were killed, just confirmed that the IDF spokesperson changed their statement about the supposed attack. Three boys were working with farming tools in their fields near the checkpoint. The Israeli soldiers came to ask them for their IDs, then shot them in cold blood--killing 2 of them, and injuring the 3rd and then taking him away. The 3rd boy has just been returned alive and as the only palestinian witness to the event, may be the reason the IDf changed their statement about what happened
