The GN condemnations of Israel are frequent as the arab oil money buys a lot of votes but they are meaningless and non binding.- Philippe I do not see how I am wrong. I said nothing about what was or was not binding and did not mention the General assembly or the UNSC. I would appreciate it if you did not rewrite my posts to suit the argument that you want me to make. It is not Arab money that forms the voting bloc.
