The only creative writing here is that which Egypt mistaken took to believe Egyptian POWs were killed. Out of 2700 men killed, do you know HOW they were killed? No, you don't. Have 300 of these men (for example) out of 2700 is only 11%. Are you saying that isn't possible that perhaps 800 were captured, 300 were slaughtered, and the remainders were returned in a prisoner swap? The same has happened in history between Finland and Russia. No doubt you believe it. So why is this far-fetched to you? Consider moreover how many men went to the battlefield in the first place - many thousands to push back the scourge of the Arab invaders from Syria and Egypt. A light walk back into history will give plenty of evidence on how Arabs treat POWs. Syria STILL holds Israeli POWs from 40 years ago - an act that is completely defined as a war crime!

Head of J Street Israel refuses to take the blame for lack of peace

Yael Patir, Israel director of the left-leaning U.S. Jewish body, sat down with Haaretz to talk about Trump, the gap between U.S. and Israeli Jews, and the growing anger at the Israeli peace camp. Though she concedes boycott efforts by some on the left have a negative effect, she rejects calls to keep peace efforts local.
