of the people of Israel, also known as the Jewish people to those of us descended from those Israelites who forsook the land in order to keep the faith of our forefathers, unlike those who loved the land so much (those we today call "Palestinians") that in order to keep it in the hands of hebrews ( although under successive governing foreign elites) they forsook the religion and became christians and later predominantely muslims, while simultaneously becoming Arabs in language and culture. Those that left to keep the religion are now back, let us unite with those who stayed behind and looked after the land, so that we each give to the other what we were missing, the land that we lost in exile, and the identity that they lost while at home. Together, the world's Jews with the Palestinians, the people of Israel can be one again. Yisra'el Ehad.
