You are being unfair. Basic decency and a healthy sense of cultural relativism require you to consider that there are standards different from those which guide your logic. To you, a six year old girl who is raped is a victim and your value system immediately calls out to prosecute the offender. Another value system says the girl has shamed the family and must be put to death. Why do you think your value system is better? Because it has put you on the moon, conquered diseases, and created the internet? Maybe to the rape victim's family, going to the moon is not important, life is cheap, and they can't afford a computer. So they stone the girl to death. Allah and the local Mullah told them to. Who is to say what is better? Same with the way Arab men fight. Why not send children running across the field to clear mines? Why not send bombers into a pizza parlor? Life is cheap, and it works. Only a fool or a person raised in an enlightened objective society would disagree.
