Israel does not have the death penalty so there is no incentive for the Arab terror scum to fight and die in battle. They know that at some time they will be released. Israeli soldiers risk their lives and for what. Your idea would have some merit if these scum were to be sent to Jordan with their families with a pledge never to return. But there must also be a standing order to take as few prisoners as possible. The second problem is the victims and the relatives of victims whose lives have been ruined .How do you reconcile that?
