Look at this in perspective, yes it's a crime and should be condemned, but it was in a war time situation. I think the fact that this has made the press and has resulted in a sentence is praise worthy as it is out of the ordinary for the IDF and when a situation like this arises there is a public out cry, and rightly so. However, Hamas firing and hiding behind civilians is not picked up on as it is a normal and ordinary tactic of theirs.
