    It is great that there are so many of you who are so quick to judge idf soldiers as war criminals. This is a sever allegation which even with respect to the goldstone report has little if any evidentary proof. The fact that in this list of 200 names their are included coporals and sergents who are really not even in the position of being able to commit war crimes brings some serious questions to bear. You may dislike israel policy, but the right to reatilation exist when acts of war are committed. The accusation that IDF is partipating in fancy lawyering ignores the fact that many of the soldiers on this list are conscripts, and their army service should not affect their future freedom of movement. The IDF does prosecute soldiers that cross the line, the media in this coutry has also been an effective watch dog that has led to prosecution, The IDF maynot be the most moral army in the world, but certainly is a moral as anyother western army. Oh and finally just to remind people how ridiculous things can get, the IDF was accused of being a racist army after a un committee investigiating instances of Rape during armed conflicts, found that the IDF has so few examples of such crimes, concluded that it was because israeli soldiers were racist and hence did not want sexual contact with Arabs. In short accusations do not make a crime.
