It is generally accepted that holocausts happened in Europe and Armenia. Facts do not change if a state denies it or "officially" recognizes it as true. Israel has commercial and diplomatic relationships with Turkey, and it is in her national interest to maintain these relationships. Besides destroying relationships between two countries, what would change with an official statement? These are accepted "facts". While we can respect the dead, we cannot bring them back. At some point, the living have to move on with life and relationships.
