Paul Harris shows confusion on an essential point of Constitutional Law. He is talking about CHANGING the law. What I was indicating is that ALL properly constituted Democratic countries operate the Rule of Law. What this means is that citizens operating within the existing legal framework have their rights to do so protected. At any time, legislators can agree to change laws by majority vote. However what the PMO's Office is now stating is that Balad is not entirely free to operate within the existing laws of the State of Israel. This would clearly violate the Rule of Law and cause Israel to deviate in a fundamental way from a Constitutional Democracy.
