If it's still extant, then can I come and take over in Israel tomorrow? Any time after 2pm is good for me. Seriously, if you're basing Israel's legal existence on the Palestine Mandate (and, as you do, rejecting the 1947 UN plan and rejecting the 1948-1967 borders) shouldn't the country be called Palestine rather than Israel, and presumably, following your logic, any Palestinians with rights to live in Palestine in 1947 must still have them.
