"There are only Western Arabs who have been hosted for centuries in Israel" I can't even begin to express how twisted that mentality is. It is like collective PTSD that creates a fearful, reactive peoples that remains convinced threats loom around every corner and instinctively remains frozen in a fight or flight battle that can only become a self fulfilling prophecy. I think the coping mechanism triggered by a deeply traumatized psyche has evolved through generations of continued reinforcement into a collective psyche that is fighting a battle that is in fact a manifestation of the trauma. It looks quite differently from the outside looking in than it seems to look from the inside looking out. I genuinely empathize with this the painful struggle and hope However I do feel the sense of urgency of this struggle has obscured the perpetration of grave injustice and ongoing suffering that is happening NOW against another People. History will never justify this and neither can the present. How long will it be before attempts to heal the trauma begin and it no longer is allowed to invade reality and hold an entire nation hostage and paralyzed by its grip? Mutual understanding can start with finding common ground in your shared suffering. There is no future without making that step. All the best.
