I wish these international leaders would stop pandering. When Secretary General Moon goes to Ramallah he needs to tell them to stop rioting and to stop overreacting to any and all perceived provocation. When he goes to Jerusalem (will he go to Ramat Shlomo?), he needs to tell Israelis to stop creating artificial obstacles to returning to negotiations. When he goes to Gaza he needs to tell them to release Cp. Shalit, reconcile with the PA, renounce violence, recognize Israel, and accept previously signed agreements between Israel and the PA. Unfortunately, he will simply tell each side what it WANTS to hear. That won't move us forward on anything. Secretary Clinton does the same thing, by the way. We need to start telling people that making peace won't be easy, that it will require everybody making concessions starting with YOU. Come on!
