90% of the time, I am on the side of the Palestinians, except for the idiotic Qassams. I consider Israel a rogue State that violates international law everyday and deserves not one inch of the West Bank. But on this occasion, I have to confess that I am troubled by the apparent intolerance of the Palestinians. Years ago, when Sharon, entered what I believe was the same area with dozens of security guards that took the place over, I understood Palestinian rage. But to deny "ordinary" Jews and tourists access does not seem to me to be reasonable. This intolerance seems to be the antithesis of the teachings of all three religions of the book. I hope they can confer and come to agreement that all persons have the right to enter the area, though perhaps not to the Al Aqsa Mosque itself. Can anyone explain why the Palestinians could not do this?
