I can understand why Israelis would be generally indifferent to the killings in Syrian and would speak out for the against Assad. I can undertand why the Palestinains would be generally inderent to the killings in Syrian and would speak out in support of Assad. What I can't understand are the Western supporters of the Palestinians (The BDS and flotilla crowd). They claim to be draw to the Palestinian cause by their concern for justice, human rights and by compassion and yet most of them actually support the slaughter in Syria and the oppression of Assad. They even go insofar as to lie about this popular uprising, similiar to the others of the Arab spring, parrotting the tyrants line that it is instigated from abroad. Just like they lied about the Iranian protests. I never thought I 'd say this, but maybe the Israelis are right; maybe the hatred of Israel has nothing to do with the Palestinians cause.
