"In fact he should resign (or fired)from his job as a university president, because his university is suffering financially and academically, and he is trying to save it by making political concessions on the expense of all Palestinian people." - Palestinian No, he is arguing that it is foolish to punish those in Israel most disposed to support a peaceful and equitable solution to the Israel/Palestine problem. His argument is that the oh so concerned liberal academics in England are in fact shooting the peace effort as well as themselves and the Israeli left in the foot. He is arguing the very sound concept that the tactics any sane person uses are ones which do not unnecessarily harm his cause. And in the case of the boycott, it does ONLY harm to the cause of peace.
