as the Israeli ambassador admits, and as the Palestinian authority agrees, so what difference does it make to the Israeli ambassador if the Pals are recognized by the UN??? There is currently NO PEACE, so it shouldn't make any difference at all to the Israeli ambassador if the Pals are recognized because he admits that it will NOT lead to peace if they are recognized. In which case, he should be glad if they do get recognition because there will still be no change in the current situation. Why? Because there already is NO PEACE. So the status and current situation will not change. And that is exactly how they want it, apparently.
