The question of land-ownership is being considered in a separate court case since the Palestinian claims to ownership have been found to be false. The reason for the dismantling of the out-post is because it never had all the correct permits. The residents have already agreed to relocate in an agreement which stated that new housing would be erected elsewhere. Perhaps if there had been no settlement building freeze there would be no story today. But since the Left failed to succeed in getting the Palestinians back to negotiations they are now involving the Supreme Court in their politics which Ha'aretz is delighted to interpret as they wish.
