in the event of a Palestinian declaration of a new state then Israel must unilaterally decide its borders without any regard to the shape, or size, of what is left, and set up border points with passport control. as there will be no diplomatic relations then no one from the east side of the line may pass across Israel. As Israel captured the territory from the Jordanians then those left on the east side will be considered an occupied zone to be occupied until there is security. In any regard there will be no reason for Israel to cooperate with any Palestinian self declared state or grant any access into or across Israel between Gaza and the remaining west bank ,. the new self declared Palestinian state may go it alone on the land they are left or associate with Jordan or Israel if they can reach agreements with either party. Those left on the Israeli side of the border will be considered the citizens of a belligerent state with which Israel has no relations and will be considered to be illegal occupants of Israel to be repatriated to Palestine/Jordan/Gaza. Gaza is now a de facto state with no relations with Israel except belligerency
