I believe it is only a matter of time before a Pakistani nuke is used somewhere - India, Israel, US - by their government or a terrorist group that steals or is given one. Either the Pakistanis are unable or unwilling to stop the terrorist groups in Waziristan & other western tribal areas. Al Kaida attacked the US, which caused us to go to war in Afghanistan and Iraq. Al Kaida has an advantage in that they understand what war really is. The American people have forgotten, or foolishly believe they can win with less than total commitment. In WWII we bombed German cities to the point of causing firestorms that killed 10's of 1000's of civilians, and dropped the first nukes on Japan. Today those two countries and the world are a better place because of it. War is terror and horror, hell incarnate. Going to war without a willingness to use all force needed to completely destroy the enemy only results in the protracted suffering for both sides we now have. We must forget about civilian casualties and bomb the villages in western Pakistan that give sanctuary to our enemies with enough firepower to utterly destroy them. Yeah the world will scream and moan, but other nations will see our resolve, and soon Al Kaida will have no sanctuary.
