UN Res 242, the Oslo accords and many other agreements between Israel and the Palestinians REQUIRE the cessation of belligerence of all types as a condition for all the remaining caluses of these documents. As long as the Palestinians insists on attacking Israel (which they have not ceased doing for a single day in over 60 years) then perhaps one can talk of removing roadblocks. By the way - please look up when these roadblock were set up and try to learn what made them necessary. (Hint: before the Intifada the Palestinians not only had free movement in the West Bank - but into and throughout the whole of Israel).
