Rabbi- You are right on the money. Well said and delivered. On a web site that regularly causes sinat hinam on enormous levels, you have entered a piece of writing that is sensible and well thought out. Tisha b'Av is a day that was created for Jews from every walk of life to set aside their differences and to remember that there is something very special about our 3000 year old nationality and culture. There is a reason that we have survived when all the giants around us have crumbled. We need to remember our common points and focus on those during these very trying times for our people. We shouldnt allow ourselves to be driven apart by elements inside of our camp. May this years celebration of Tisha B'Av be exactly that, a celebration of our unity and our faith. May Hashem speadily redeem us and rebuild our holy temple.
