Turkey could sell its fleet of Tanks to Syria, or Jordan. More likley is that NATO will buy the spares on turkey's behalf. Turkey is important, so is its armed forces. The US and NATO will not allow Turkey to go without militarily. Also, I dont think you read the article, Turkey's economy dwarfs Israels. I suspect that while Turkey probably could afford to sell off the Israeli tanks and simply buy news ones elsewhere, Israel coudl probably do without losing the second biggest army in NATO as a customer.
