This is the FUNDAMENTAL difference between Israel and Palestine. Israel is a democracy; if 32% of Israelis believe in taking military action, it doesn't matter because only a majority controls the government and therefore the military. But in Palestine the proliferation of terrorist groups and subgroups makes the larger Palestinian Authority irrelevant. Even Hamas, the ruling military junta, cannot control all the factions in Gaza. So, when 1 out of every 3 Palestinians in the West Bank say he "supports" terrorism, you have to remember it doesn't take a majority to fund, arm, train and dispatch a rocket crew or a suicide bomber. The key to any peace and a better Palestinian future is for them to act as one people.
