Pal-Arabs cannot govern themselves, because they are Southern-Syrian Arabs, locked-up in refugee camps and given pseudo-nat'l identity, just to spearhead avowed destruction of IL - in essence an 'anti-nation' which, other then goal of destroying IL, can't unite on any nat'l cause. Jordan and Egypt are relatively responsible states that agreed to coexistence with IL. Jordan was part of Palestine mandate, separated by Brits in 1922 to create original Pal-Arab state, and is today one of best-run Arab states. Peaceful solution can only be based on Gazans merging with Egypt; while W.Bank is partitioned between IL and Jordan in a way that safeguards security and settlement blocks for IL, demographics for Arabs, holy sites for both. Egypt and Jordan will do this not out of desire, but because they can't afford a Muslim Bros (Hamas) or irredentist (Fatah) regime next door, respectively. Any other "Palestinist" solution will bring more war and bloodshed - not hoped-for peace!
