It is clearly Sarid who isnt familiar with the earthly Jerusalem. For it is the Jews who are forbidden to pray or go up in groups to the Temple Mount. The only people who are restricted and impeded are the Jews. Sarid then goes on to talk about the Shimon HaTzaddik neighbourhood. Has he forgotten that his bastion of justice in this country -the Supreme court, after many years of court battles, ruled in favour of the Jews? Are their rulings only acceptable when they favour the Arabs? A little consistency Sarid please!!!! Instead of talking about the Sicarii, maybe Sarid should be reminded of the Hellenists who knew not Jewish roots in this land or Jewish heritage and even those earlier rebels who followed Korach. Arabs move into Jewish neighbourhhods, so why cant Jews purchase and live in old Jewish neighbourhoods, even if they are Arab neighbourhoods today? Sarid, sadly only talks about separation and not coexistance. Sarid has lost the plot.
