Great piece. Too many readers have no sense of humor, however. Problems to consider: If a roadway comes to the border of another state will it end at that point? Since none of us wants anything to do with the rest of us our train and bus routes need only to circle the state in which we live like Disneyland, right? Will each state have its own healthcare? Will further divisions be permitted? What if you share the religious beliefs of one state and the political beliefs of another state? Can you get dual citizenship?
