    pretty much what are ALREADY provisions of the 4th GC that she signed in '49. She keeps saying, "The Arabs are insisting on right of return as a precondition." That right IS a key provision of the 4Th CG, when Israel signed on. She MADE is HER law, as well as international law. Those rights are LONG established. They are not something the Arabs made up to stall "negotiating."
