so far with shuttling back and forth with proximity talks. It has not been a easy period over the last year and a half. Hopefully with PA President Abbas's announcement which brings us closer to direct negotiations with the Palestinians, we'll also hear an encouraging response from PM Netanyahu's government. I'm pretty hopeful and remain encouraged. However my guests last night for Shabbat dinner are completely not interested in even hearing about a peace agreement or should I say fearful of a peace agreement. Let's just say it wasn't particularly a pleasant ending for the evening with an argument. If I wasn't the person that I am, I would be feeling completely dejected today about everything but I know that hope remains the constant and both Jews and Muslims are bound for some happiness and peace wherever they reside.
