Israel's policies in the West Bank and the occupation and settlements are illegitimate. They delegitimize themselves by their very nature. Governments and NGO's are merely pointing out the facts. One can only fight true delegitimization by showing that ones actions are in fact legitimate. Yet the Israeli government is not even bothered with showing why it's actions are legitimate (since they can't). Instead, they are trying to silence those stayting the facts. That practice in itself shows that the claims are factual, and the "delegitimization" accusation is itself illegitimate. If I see a shop owner dumping rubbish, and I report this in the media (and I have evidence to top it off), the shop owner can't then sue me for slander because the shop is in fact doing the actions claimed. People are not that naive.
