«London could not "recognize a state that does not have a capital, and doesn’t have borders."» most certainly not; and that is why the 109 nations that have recognised a non-existent state are making a fool out of themselves. But again, we are used to political nonsense (for example, President Medvedev reiterated that Russia wants the Palestinian People under the yoke of Jordan and Egypt again [just like in 1967] - and the "Palestinians" bought this as a token of friendship and support...come on!). A Palestinian State? Absolutely (perhaps with Gaza as its Capital). A 1967 Palestine controlled by Jordan/Egypt? Right now, that is what 109 nations are offering support too.
