I see every reason to go forward with negotiations to end the occupation. Hamas still wants to fight, but the PA does not, and you work with the world as it is rather than as you wish it. Let me ask something. I've been reading Haaretz.com every day since shortly before the Palestinian Civil War. In that time, I have not heard about one bomb or rocket attack that came out of the West Bank. So to me it sounds like the PA government is stopping terrorism, doing their jobs. It's only fair that Israel reward that with real negotiations, especially if it can make reunifying Palestine a Palestinian problem.
